Myofunctional Therapy

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy consists of therapeutic exercises to strengthen and re-educate facial & tongue muscles restoring them to their proper function. Dysfunction in these particular muscles can disrupt normal functions such as breathing, swallowing, chewing, sucking & even speech. OMD's increase the chances of orthodontic relapse.
